Photo Slabs strives to serve our customers, or as we call you “brand ambassadors,” with superior service from upload to finished product. Each item is made to order, with care, just for you! If, however, after receiving your Photo Slab you are not completely satisfied, please contact our creative team and let us make it right!

The Fine Print: In the event that your Photo Slabs product is unsatisfactory, we ask that you notify us by phone or email within 5 days of receiving your product. We will cheerfully remake a new one or offer a Photo Slabs credit at our discretion; we only ask that you ship the original product back to us. Please note, our guarantee does not include damage caused by improper use or accidents. Photo Slabs is not liable for damages incurred by improperly hung or displayed items. (We don’t recommend letting Sparky chew on the corners no matter how much he begs.) Be sure to attach the enclosed hardware for your product carefully as instructed. If your product arrives in a damaged state, notify us immediately.

Damage Claims: We carefully package your Photo Slabs to arrive at your home or office in perfect condition just as it left our hands. In the unfortunate event that your product is damaged in shipping please take a photo of the damaged piece (and the box it was shipped in) so that the carrier can cover the damages for a replacement. Please report any damages from shipment within 5 days of receipt, along with photos to our staff at contact@photoslabs.com, so we can get you a replacement shipped out promptly.
